Job Description
Maintain the TPE/BPE, Enterprise COBOL, Unikix Secure (TSF), DB2 interface, MQ Interface, VSAM and BPE Sort on AIX. Automation of Procedures as required. Proactive monitoring of issues, space usages and Performance. Problem resolutions. Maintain user exits. Maintain Scripts, utilities and program dealing with the product. Apply patches and upgrades. Manage License renewals on the applicable servers. Report issues to NTT Data Support and follow up to closure. Provide reports for Auditing. Assist developers to resolve issues with JCL, COBOL programs and the TPE/BPE environment, including Analysis, finding work arounds. Reporting and resolving issue with the NTT Data Product support team.
