KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Solar Module Procurement

Source Tier-I OEM solar modules (DCR/non-DCR) Evaluate datasheets, IEC certifications, test reports

2. Solar Inverter Procurement

Source string & central inverters Evaluate protections, MPPT design, efficiency & communication

3. MMS Procurement

Source HDGI MMS with correct micron thickness Validate structural drawings & load parameters

4. ACDB/DCDB/AJB Procurement

Source DBs as per SLDs, BOQs and ratings Verify breakers, SPDs, isolators & protection elements

5. BOS Procurement

Source cables, trays, earthing, lugs, glands, conduits & consumables

6. Technical Evaluation & Procurement Process

Prepare TCS & CCS sheets Ensure EPC team technical compliance

7. Vendor Management & Negotiation

Maintain strong vendor rapport Negotiate pricing, terms & warranties

8. Reporting & Coordination

Maintain procurement trackers & MIS Coordinate with engineering, design & project teams

REQUIRED SKILLS

Solar technical expertise Advanced Excel Vendor negotiation skills Understanding of EPC BOQ & SLDs

o B.Tech / B.E in Electrical Engineering (mandatory)

o MBA in Operations / Supply Chain / Marketing (preferred)

o 2-3 years mandatory experience in Solar EPC procurement

o Strong vendor relationships with solar module, inverter, MMS, ACDB/DCDB & BOS vendors

o Strong technical understanding of solar components, datasheets & specifications

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per year
