Required skills
o Experience in procurement and government tendering.
Proficient in Tally software and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good understanding of Indian public procurement portals (GeM, DEFProc, etc.).
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Detail-oriented with a proactive and organized approach.
Job descriptionProcurement Coordination:
Coordinate purchase activities with vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
Maintain and update purchase records in Tally.
Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, delivery schedules, and vendor performance.
Maintain inventory records and assist in cost tracking for project-specific procurement.
Technical Documentation:
Liaise with the engineering/design team to draft, compile, and maintain accurate technical documents.
Assist in the preparation of technical presentations, user manuals, and product datasheets.
Ensure proper formatting and version control of all documents.
Tendering & Bidding:
Manage end-to-end tendering process including documentation, submission, and compliance.
Familiarity with Indian e-procurement portals such as GeM, DEFProc, eProcure, etc.
Coordinate with internal teams to gather required information for bid submissions.
Track tender opportunities, timelines, and ensure all necessary registrations are up to date.
