We're growing quickly and looking for a Procurement Support Coordinator who can help translate our designs into reality by managing the behind-the-scenes logistics of furnishings, orders, and deliveries all from the comfort of your home.
Job Summary:
As a Procurement Support Coordinator, you'll work closely with our design team to support the entire purchasing and delivery process for furnishings, decor, and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment). You will be responsible for placing orders, coordinating with vendors, tracking shipments, and ensuring that every item reaches its destination on time and in good condition. This is a fully remote role--no on-site presence is required. A background in design is helpful but not essential; organization, communication, and follow-through are key.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with designers to review procurement lists and product specifications
Place and manage orders through various vendor platforms and trade websites
Track confirmations, backorders, lead times, and shipping updates
Maintain a centralized procurement tracker for active projects
Communicate with vendors to clarify timelines, resolve issues, and manage substitutions
Coordinate with receiving teams or local site contacts when needed to ensure successful deliveries
Escalate any delays, damages, or changes that could impact project timelines
Handle return logistics, exchanges, and warranty claims as necessary
Organize procurement documentation including invoices, receipts, and order records
Use task management tools to stay aligned with the design team and ensure timelines are met
Ideal Candidate:
-Extremely organized and reliable
Strong communicator, both written and verbal
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple open orders across projects
Experienced with spreadsheets, email coordination, and task management tools
Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
Prior experience in procurement, logistics, or a design-related field is a plus
Familiarity with interior design product types and vendors is helpful, but not required

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
