About the Role
We are seeking an experienced
Procurement Analyst - Utilities
to manage end-to-end procurement operations for our UK-based property management and lettings clients. This role requires strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with international stakeholders. The ideal candidate will come from a structured corporate environment and demonstrate proficiency in managing multiple procurement functions simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Procurement:
Manage the full procurement lifecycle from sourcing, vendor evaluation, negotiation, contracting, and payment coordination.
Supplier Management:
Liaise with utility providers (electricity, gas, water, Wi-Fi, council tax, etc.) to negotiate competitive rates and maintain strong vendor relationships.
Cost Optimization:
Conduct market research and data analysis to identify savings, reduce waste, and improve procurement efficiency.
Contract Management:
Ensure all utility contracts are accurately tracked, renewed on time, and compliant with company and regulatory policies.
Billing & Payments:
Oversee invoice validation, payment scheduling, and cost reporting for utility accounts.
Data & Reporting:
Maintain detailed procurement records, prepare analytical reports, and support management with insights for decision-making.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Collaborate with internal UK teams and external partners to align procurement strategies with operational and financial goals.
Required Skills & Competencies
Minimum
3 years of end-to-end procurement experience
, preferably in an
MNC or large corporate environment

Proven
negotiation and vendor management skills
, with ability to handle
multiple stakeholders
across functions.
Excellent
English communication skills
- both verbal and written - to confidently liaise with
UK-based clients and suppliers

Strong
analytical and reporting abilities
using Excel and procurement tools.
Familiarity with project management and collaboration platforms such as
JIRA Cloud or similar tools

Ability to work independently with accountability, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset.
Transferable skills
in contract management, vendor performance tracking, and cost control.
Education & Additional Requirements
Bachelor's degree in
Commerce, Business, Finance, or Supply Chain Management
(preferred).
