Job description - Procurement Agent The perform this role successfully, the candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following: Perform pre-qualification of suppliers and subcontractors. Work with internal client to prepare and issue Purchase Order. Performed compliances check of supplier and consultant Provide procurement support to project team from the preparation of RFT up to close out of contracts. Issue RFP\'s in accordance with SNCL procurement procedures and best industry practice. Analyze bids in conjunction with stakeholders and provide recommendation reports to SNCL project management. Prepare purchase orders and agreement based on standard terms and conditions Receive, validate and process invoices using our ERP and invoicing system Maintain works records and produce reports as required. Assist Project Controls and AP with accruals and payment to suppliers Other duties that may be delegated or required from time to time at the direction of the Procurement Director. What will you contribute Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of practical experience in a similar role is required. Experience working within in the construction industry and/or engineering services would be a great advantage. Experience preparing and issuing procurement documentation is required. Experience with procurement system (Bidding system, ERP, VMS) is required Good English and French communication skills, both verbal and written are required. Able to work on multiple project at the sametime and multitask. A dedicated team player with exceptional interpersonal skills Computer literate In Microsoft Office. Strong attention to detail.
