Procurement
Procurement APACRegional Procurement Excellence is responsible for implementing strategies, principles, practices, tools, digitalization and processes in the region to ensure the procurement function meets its commitments to the organization and supports actions that bring about improvements which may include, but are not limited to sustainability, quality, delivery, growth, margin expansion, promoting process excellence across the company and initiating efforts to ensure a reliable implementation and pipeline of projects to meet targets.Responsibilities

• Anchor point and driver in the region for procurement continuous improvement, i.e., process, policy, key terms and conditions
• Manage regional procurement compliance program via close collaboration with regional and global stakeholders and business functions
• Identify levers to optimize the competitiveness of our key turbine configurations and plant solutions
• Oversee Procurement Performance Management (KPI scorecard development, analysis, reporting)
• Anchor point for capability building in the region
• Implement digitalization strategy and roadmap in the region

Qualifications

• Bachelor / Master's in Economics / Supply Chain / Engineering / Statistics Similar specialization
• 11+ years of total industry experience with 5+ years of relevant working experience in Supply chain domains: Procurement, Sourcing, Project Management

Excel at data analysis and high presentation skill * Working experience in a cross-cultural environment, handling international stakeholders

• Professional verbal and written communication skills in English

• Sound decision-making abilities and a keen understanding of market dynamics
