You will be working as Procurement Specialist and will be part of Motion business for Drive Products division Business Area based in Bangalore, India. In this role you will be reporting to role reporting to Lead of Strategic & Direct Procurement and will be responsible for strengthen the Tools Support Team in Procurement organization, we are looking for a specialist with technical skills related to procurement tools and systems. Your responsibilities Support and maintain SAP Ariba (guided buying) tools and SAP Fieldglass, Master Data tools Cooperation with technical IS Delivery team and external supplier Design and implement improvements to the tools and systems Master Data management - optimization of the data to improve usage of the tools and systems Interaction with end users/service providers - Resolving technical issues, conducting trainings, providing online support Your background BE /B. Tech /B. Com with 2-8 years of experience Experience in Procurement Tools (SAP Fieldglass, SAP Ariba, Coupa, eProcurement, MDG) or in Shared Service environment would be a strong plus Familiarity with Procurement and Interest in developing career in Procurement & Logistics related functions Experience in tool improvements and tool integration experience is an additional advantage Procurement platform configurations/data uploads experience would be a strong plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
