What would you do? Go beyond processing purchase orders at lower costs to help clients reap savings and value from the billions they spend on the goods and services that run their day-to-day business operations. You will be working as a part of Procurement management team which uses a systematic approach for buying all the goods and services needed for a company to stay sustainable. They are involved in the identification of need, finding and qualifying the suppliers, requesting proposals, negotiating with suppliers, contracting, delivery and analyzing results. Facilitates a non-contract purchase request which exceeds a pre-defined value threshold in order to achieve optimal pricing and value that meets a customer#s specifications and/or requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities: oIn this role you are required to do analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems o Your day to day interactions are with peers within Accenture o You are likely to have some interaction with clients and/or Accenture management o You will be given minimal instruction on daily work/tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments o Decisions that are made by you impact your own work and may impact the work of others o In this role you would be an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort and/or team o Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts oo As an expert in Req-to-PO, Spot Buy, POA and Change Order processes, ensure timely delivery of all requests received o Ensure all SLA & KPI metrices are adhered to as per the agreed timelines with the client o Complete the Management Information System (MIS) / Reporting Requirements for client meetings o Support onboarding of suppliers on eProcurement tools eg: Coupa/Ariba/Vroozi/PeopleSoft etc. o Support client specific enablement services projects (Supplier Onboarding, Catalog Management, Contract Management, eInvoicing Support). o Support Risk & Compliance audits (Internal/External) o Drive process improvement initiatives o Drive client interactions/ lead weekly or fortnightly operational meetings o Act as an expert to handle any client escalations, stakeholder management to resolve queries o Establish, maintain, and manage relationship with client (both functional stake holders and procurement)
