What would you do?

Go beyond processing purchase orders at lower costs to help clients reap savings and value from the billions they spend on the goods and services that run their day-to-day business operations. Procurement Operations involve the process of acquiring goods and services that a business needs to operate. This includes identifying needs, selecting suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing purchase orders. The goal is to obtain quality products at the best possible prices while ensuring timely delivery. Effective procurement operations help control costs, maintain supply chain efficiency, and support overall business objectives. They are essential for the smooth functioning of any organization. Architect master data solutions across platforms to consolidate content, synchronize data, provide centralized maintenance of unified data, enable rich product content management and print publishing as well as to synchronize global data ensuring consistency and control of master data elements.

What are we looking for?

Procurement knowledge with excellent communication skills Knowledge on vendor master data and Coupa Vendor master data and Coupa knowledge Build rapport with client Passport mandatory and should be based out of Bangalore

Roles and Responsibilities:

oIn this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines o Your expected interactions are within your own team and direct supervisor o You will be provided detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments o The decisions that you make would impact your own work o You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work o Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts - Australian shifts
