Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning

: Develop and implement procurement and real estate strategies aligned with business goals, including market analysis for acquisition/development opportunities.

Procurement & Sourcing

: Source materials (civil, MEP, finishes), properties, and services; manage vendor lifecycles and development.

Negotiation & Contracts

: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers and property owners to achieve best value and compliance.

Project & Budget Management

: Coordinate with project teams for timely material/service delivery, monitor budgets, control costs, and manage project milestones.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams (project, legal, finance) and external partners (brokers, owners, suppliers).

Market Analysis & Reporting

: Analyze market trends, perform financial analysis, and report on performance to senior management.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?75,000.00 per month
