What would you do?

Objectives of Role o Create, update, and maintain vendor master data in the ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.) according to standard procedures. o Validate vendor documentation and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements (e.g., tax IDs, banking details, W-9 forms). o Collaborate with procurement, finance, and compliance teams to ensure data accuracy and completeness. o Monitor and manage data quality issues, perform regular audits, and initiate corrective actions. o Support onboarding of new vendors and communicate with suppliers as needed. o Maintain documentation and records related to vendor master data processes. o Generate reports and assist in data analysis to support decision-making. o Participate in continuous improvement Main Accountabilities Operational Responsibilities o Ensure Service levels are met for all the requisition to Purchase Order request. o Propose process changes to drive efficiencies if any. People Management Responsibilities o Training Procurement associates. (New joiners) Core Competencies o Procurement / Vendor Master Data management, SAP knowledge o Strong analytical, multi-tasking and problem-solving mindset o Strong Client Relationship management Experience/Education o 5-7 years with a focus on vendor master data management o Experience in SAP or any other ERP. o Specialization / diploma in Procurement / Supply chain will be an added advantage. o Graduate in any stream. o Excellent communication skill.
