Purchase & Supply Chain Executive

to strengthen our procurement operations.

Job Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end procurement of construction materials and services. Receive and verify material requisitions from project sites in coordination with QS and Site Engineers. Obtain quotations, prepare comparative statements, and negotiate prices with vendors. Finalize suppliers and issue Purchase Orders (POs) as per approved quantities and rates. Plan and monitor material delivery schedules to ensure timely supply to sites. Coordinate logistics, transportation, and material movement. Maintain proper documentation: POs, delivery challans, GRNs, invoices, and vendor records. Coordinate with Accounts for invoice verification and payment processing. Monitor material costs and support cost control initiatives. Maintain and develop vendor relationships and evaluate vendor performance.

Requirements

Experience in

purchase/procurement/supply chain

in the

construction industry

is mandatory. Good knowledge of construction materials, specifications, and suppliers. Ability to coordinate with site teams, QS, accounts, and management. Strong negotiation, communication, and follow-up skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and basic documentation.

Qualifications

Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.

2-5 years

of relevant experience in construction procurement.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Organized, detail-oriented, and cost-conscious. Able to work under pressure and handle multiple sites. Honest, accountable, and process-driven. Willing to coordinate with project sites as required.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
