Key Responsibilities

Source and evaluate suppliers for building and mechanical materials Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms to optimize cost and quality Monitor inventory and forecast procurement needs in coordination with project teams Ensure timely delivery of materials to meet construction schedules Maintain accurate procurement records and vendor databases Develop strategic sourcing plans aligned with organizational objectives Stay informed on market trends, innovations, and new product offerings Collaborate with engineering and design teams to meet technical specifications

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field

3-5 years of procurement experience in construction, prefabricated structures, or mechanical components Strong negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office tools Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities Ability to work independently and cross-functionally Familiarity with procurement regulations and industry best practices

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
