Procure FM materials, consumables, spare parts, and subcontracted services.
Source and negotiate with suppliers; issue RFQs and purchase orders.
Manage vendor relationships and monitor supplier performance.
Coordinate with operations and site teams to ensure timely supply.
Support inventory control and cost-saving initiatives.
Maintain procurement documentation and reports.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
3-5 years procurement experience, preferably in facility management or related industries.
Strong negotiation, communication, and cost-control skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/procurement systems.
