Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, monitor performance, and manage the entire supplier lifecycle.
Cost & Budget Management:
Control procurement spend, identify savings opportunities, and manage budgets.
Risk Management:
Address sustainability, ethical concerns, and potential supply chain disruptions.
Process Improvement:
Implement procurement policies and leverage technology (like procurement software) to streamline processes.
Collaboration:
Work with internal stakeholders (finance, operations, executives) to align purchasing with business goals.
Experience
: Experience specifically within the automation, SPM manufacturing.
Documentation and Reporting
: Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities, contracts, and purchase orders.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Strong negotiation, analytical, and data analysis skills.
Deep understanding of supply chain management and market trends.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
