We are looking for a Purchase Executive with proven experience in F&B procurement for restaurants/QSR operations. The role involves sourcing vegetables, fruits, groceries, dairy, packaging, and kitchen consumables while ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and timely supply to our central kitchen and outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and manage vendors for vegetables, fruits, groceries, dairy, and packaging.
Negotiate rates and terms with distributors and suppliers.
Track market price fluctuations and update procurement MIS.
Ensure quality, hygiene, and compliance with FSSAI standards.
Coordinate with kitchen, store, and operations teams for material planning.
Maintain accurate purchase records, POs, and vendor agreements.
Support inventory audits and resolve vendor discrepancies.
Requirements:
1-5 years of hands-on F&B procurement experience (restaurants, hotels, catering, or QSR).
Strong vendor management & negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of perishables, groceries, and packaging sourcing.
Proficient in English, Kannada & Hindi for vendor coordination.
Skilled in MS Excel & ERP/procurement systems.
