About Us
Correa Masonry LLC is a growing masonry and construction company based in Texas. We work on residential and commercial projects and deal daily with suppliers for brick, block, stone, stucco, scaffolding, equipment, and more. We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to support our procurement (buying materials, dealing with vendors) and to act as a personal/administrative assistant to the owner.

Position Overview
The Procurement & Executive Assistant will be responsible for:
Sourcing and ordering materials and supplies
Managing communication with vendors
Tracking orders and deliveries for jobs
Supporting the owner with day-to-day administrative tasks, follow-ups, and light coordination
You'll be a key support person making sure jobs have what they need and the owner has the information he needs.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement (Materials & Vendors)
Request quotes from brick, block, stone, stucco, EPS, scaffold, equipment and material vendors
Prepare and place purchase orders for approved materials
Track order status, lead times, and deliveries to each jobsite
Follow up with suppliers about backorders, missing materials, or delivery issues
Maintain simple records of pricing, vendors, and invoices for future jobs
Compare prices and options to help reduce material costs where possible
Owner / Executive Assistant Support
Help the owner with daily to-do lists and follow-ups (texts, emails, calls)
Organize and update basic project information in spreadsheets or simple tracking systems
Schedule or confirm deliveries, inspections, notary visits, and meetings as needed
Help prepare simple checklists, letters, or documents for employees and clients
Keep digital files (quotes, invoices, agreements, photos, etc.) organized and easy to find
Qualifications
Required:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Good written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable making phone calls and following up with vendors and contacts
Basic computer skills: email, Excel/Google Sheets, PDF, and phone-based apps (WhatsApp, etc.)
Reliable, responsive, and able to manage multiple tasks at once
Ability to work with minimal supervision once trained
Preferred (nice to have, not mandatory):
Experience in construction, masonry, materials supply, or similar field
Experience in purchasing, procurement, or administrative/assistant roles
Familiarity with reading basic construction terms (brick, CMU, stucco, mesh, flashing, etc.)
Schedule & Work Environment
Schedule: Full-time, typically Monday-Friday (some flexibility as needed)
Work setting: Mix of remote and office-based (depending on how you want to run it), mostly phone/computer work
Must be available during business hours to call vendors and coordinate deliveries

Pay: From ?43,000.00 per month
