Key ResponsibilitiesElectrical Procurement & Distribution



Source electrical materials from approved vendors, negotiate pricing, and finalize orders at the best commercial terms. Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery and quality compliance. Manage central store inventory--material receiving, storage, issuance, and documentation. Plan and distribute material to respective project sites as per requirement schedules. Maintain daily material consumption and stock tracking from end-to-end. Ensure proper inventory management, stock forecasting, and periodic audits.

Solar Procurement & Sales



Identify and collaborate with solar component manufacturers and distributors. Negotiate best pricing and procurement deals for solar equipment. Maintain purchase records, vendor contracts, and commercial terms. Create and manage a channel network of solar retailers/resellers. Sell procured solar materials to retailers and track end-to-end supply chain. Monitor market rates, demand trends, and competitor pricing.

Documentation & Reporting



Maintain accurate MIS reports for procurement, inventory, vendor ledgers, and delivery schedules. Track GRN, stock movement registers, purchase orders, and invoices. Report material status, cost savings, and procurement performance to management. Ensure compliance with company policies, quality norms, and audit requirements.

Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Electrical Engineering, Business, or related field. Minimum

3-5 years experience

in procurement/supply chain (electrical or solar domain preferred). Strong vendor negotiation and supplier management skills. Excellent knowledge of electrical and solar materials & market ecosystem. Proficient in MS Excel, inventory tools, and ERP systems (if any). Strong communication, documentation, and coordination skills. Ability to travel for vendor meetings and site delivery checks when required.
