Job Description

Key Profile: Procurement Manger will handle overall Procurement process like Strategic sourcing, Forecasting, conduct research, negotiate with vendors, evaluate bids, Analyse data, Develop & implement Procurement strategy. What would you be required to do? Create and implement regional procurement strategies that are innovative, cost-effective, and incorporate the growing complexities and challenges within the industry.

Devising and using fruitful procurement and sourcing strategies.

Explore profitable suppliers and initiate procurement partnerships.

Build long-term relationships with vendors in the industry.

Prepare Block Estimate for all projects.

Prepare BOQ's and get necessary approvals from all stake holders.

Seek proposals as per BOQ's.

Compare proposals for price and specifications.

Techno Commercial Negotiations with vendors to reduce costs.

Review contract specifications on behalf of the company.

Assist in finalization of vendors.

Communicate with vendors to ensure that the product arrives in a timely fashion.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with critical suppliers. o Manage technological systems that track the shipment, inventory, and supply of materials. o Lead transformational activities to build procurement organizational capabilities. o and improve procurement efficiency. o BOQ and rates standardization. o Monitor the process of all Work Orders / Purchase Orders o Approve / Release all Work Orders / Purchase Orders through the ERP module. o Conduct regular site visits to check the works happening at site is as per the BOQ specifications. o Approve all contractors / vendors bills. o Maintain all records in the ERP system. o Assist operations during entire the execution phase of any project. o Handle all post contract works such as amendments, finalization of new line, items, etc. o Amendment of any WO / PO. Qualification o BE / Diploma - Civil Engineering or equivalent. o Business Management professional with engineering background. o 7-10 Years of experience. o Good Negotiation skill, Analytical skill & Communication. o Preparation of Work Order / Purchase Order. o Documentation.
