Key Responsibilities:
Procurement & Sourcing
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors for electronic security systems such as Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, Public Address (PA), and Building Management Systems (BMS).
Ensure timely procurement of quality materials at competitive prices.
Maintain supplier relationships and develop alternative sources for critical items.
Inventory & Cost Control
Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability.
Track purchase orders, delivery schedules, and vendor performance.
Work closely with the finance team to ensure cost efficiency.
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and statutory requirements.
Maintain accurate documentation related to purchase orders, quotations, and agreements.
Market Research
Stay updated on latest technologies and market trends in electronic security systems.
Recommend new products and suppliers to improve efficiency and cost savings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Product knowledge of Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, PA systems, and BMS.
4-5 years of proven experience in procurement within the Electronic Security / ELV industry.
Strong negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills.
Good knowledge of supply chain processes, costing, and inventory management.
Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, or procurement software.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Certification in procurement or supply chain management (preferred).
