3. Contract Negotiation & Compliance
Negotiate rates, service conditions, and terms of engagement for long-term procurement stability.
Prepare and manage vendor contracts aligned with company procurement standards.
Ensure all agreements follow company policies and industry norms.
4. Vendor Relationship & Performance Management
Maintain consistent communication with vendors to ensure
on-time fleet deployment

Resolve vendor issues quickly to avoid operational disruptions.
5. Market Intelligence & Risk Monitoring
Keep track of
