Key Responsibilities (Short & Precise)
Source and evaluate suppliers for interior materials, FF&E, and finishes.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms to achieve cost efficiency.
Ensure material quality and compliance with design and technical requirements.
Build and maintain strong vendor relationships.
Monitor lead times, delivery schedules, and project inventory.
Conduct market research to identify new materials, trends, and suppliers.
Collaborate with design and project teams to understand material needs.
Handle risk management, supplier performance evaluation, and cost
