BangaloreJOB DESCRIPTIONThe role of a Project Manager is to manage the organization's key projects.As our project manager, your job will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project's organization and timeline.As aProject manager you should have a background in business skills, management, budgeting and analysis. You should be an excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks. you also need to be a team player and have a problem-solving aptitudeThoroughly understands the subject and can drive the design to execution process end to end. Engaging and professionally interacting with the design professionals, consultants, vendors and clients while successfully directing the installation team in executing the work in accordance with the design. Responsible for supporting in negotiation and coordination with Clients, Vendors and Business partners to ensure successful completion of projects. Responsible for meeting sales targets every month along with pre-sales,marketing and design teams. Ability to prepare impressive decks/presentations meet new clients every week and ensure business closure happens. Prepare quotes and estimates for customers based on their requirements and brief Ability to fill out detailed tenders that the company receives for new projects by carrying out detailed calculations and taking rates from vendors, open market etc. Manageclients and internal teams with good communication and convincing skills. Research and decide on materials and products being sourced. Regular market visits to keep a tab on new products and prices of materials being purchased Set costs and project fees according to budget of each project. Develop a detailed project plan to track and manage progress, monitor and control changes/variations with approval from managementJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ?50,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per monthBenefits:
