Key Responsibilities:

Lead procurement operations for raw materials used in cross-weave outdoor furniture (e.g., wicker, frames, waterproof fabric, accessories). Source reliable suppliers, negotiate rates, and manage contracts to ensure timely, cost-effective purchasing. Monitor inventory and coordinate with production and design teams for uninterrupted manufacturing. Ensure material quality through supplier coordination and incoming inspections. Maintain detailed purchase records and manage procurement documentation. Keep updated with market rates, trends, and supplier performance. Drive cost-saving initiatives while ensuring product quality and timely delivery. Coordinate local logistics and delivery schedules.

Candidate Requirements:

Experience:

5 to 10 years of proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain -- preferably in the

furniture, home decor, or manufacturing

sector. Candidates with strong hands-on sourcing experience will be highly appreciated.

Location:

Only candidates

living nearby or willing to work daily from Sector 99, Gurugram

will be considered (no remote work).

Skills:

Strong vendor negotiation and management skills. Good understanding of procurement practices, inventory control, and basic accounting. Familiarity with furniture materials (especially outdoor/wicker-based) is preferred. Working knowledge of Excel, procurement software, and documentation. Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Education:

Graduate in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or relevant technical field. Diploma holders with strong procurement experience are also encouraged to apply.

?16,000 - ?25,000/month (non-negotiable).
