What this job involves
You will be performing the role of client procurement at the site and will be responsible for the procurement services scope and responsibility defined in the Property Management Services agreement with client. Your key deliverables will be to:
Execute direct as well as channel partner management for Sales & Marketing of all types of Cable tray & Raceway, Junction Boxes, Enclosure Boxes (Indoor & Outdoor) market like Electrical Contractor/Builders/Govt./Architect/Consultant/OEM.
Product Demonstration, Promotion and Planning for Sales & marketing.
Prospecting, Generating Enquiry and appoint New Business Partner.
Handling Consultant for approval of make in projects.
Look after the projects from initial stage to awarding stage of projects.
Arrange & complete all documents and formalities for approval in esteemed organizations.
Handling consultants from core area of Delhi, Delhi NCR, Noida, Gurgaon.
Maintain sales activity records & reports.
Credit Policy & Exposure control.

Being Analytical and Meticulous
You must pay attention to detail and have excellent accounting and financial management knowledge and skills. Possess the ability to collate information into the system and maintain it in the record books.
Qualifications
You will have a Degree / Diploma with relevant educational background in Accounting & Finance/ Commerce with min 5-6 years of work experience.
Good knowledge of computer applications (Tally) & GAAP would be desirable.
Knowledge of Budgeting & Cost Control procedures, Preparation of Financial summaries, Cash Flows Statements, Account Reconciliation etc would be an added advantage.
