Vividh Wires is looking for a highly motivated candidate for the position of Planning & Procurement Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Developing, maintaining and timely revising of purchase policy in alignment with organisational goals.
Responsible for timely order placement, supply & demand alignment, material replenishment, and supplier performance.
Continuously monitoring, evaluating and improving supplier performance
Developing and implementing profitable sourcing strategies
Preparation of Periodical MIS reports as per business requirement.
Should be able to actively monitor inventory levels of various items, and ensure zero disruption in production by timely procurement of all critical items
Be able to monitor and analyse supplier performance
Desired Qualifications / Skill Set:
Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills and a dynamic personality
Candidates having 3 to 5 years of experience & manufacturing industry background will be preferred.
Highly motivated, organised individual who is able to work effectively with minimal supervision
Must be an excellent negotiator and able to drive cost savings for the company
Ability to prioritise and handle multiple assignments at any given time
Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to improve processes
High levels of integrity and impeccable attention to detail
