Job Title:

Procurement Manager - E-commerce/Dropshipping

Key Responsibilities:

Research and identify

trending products

across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other social platforms. Source suitable suppliers from

Alibaba, 1688, Global Sources, IndiaMart, and other B2B marketplaces

. Evaluate suppliers on

pricing, MOQ, quality, lead times, and shipping methods

. Coordinate with

freight forwarders, couriers, and logistics providers

to optimize cost and delivery timelines. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and agreements with suppliers to maximize profit margins. Maintain a

database of trending products, supplier contacts, and freight quotes

. Work closely with the operations and marketing teams to recommend

profitable, fast-moving products

. Request and manage

samples

for product quality verification. Track procurement performance, costs, and timelines.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, International Trade, or relevant experience.

Strong research skills

- ability to analyze market trends and spot high-potential products. Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills.

Good English communication

(verbal & written). Familiarity with

Alibaba trade terms (FOB, CIF, EXW)

and basic

incoterms

. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Basic understanding of logistics & international shipping

(air freight, sea freight, courier).

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

Experience with

dropshipping, Amazon FBA, Shopify, or e-commerce procurement

. Familiarity with

Excel/Google Sheets

for product cost analysis & margin calculations. Knowledge of

HS codes, customs clearance, and import documentation

. Awareness of

quality inspection processes

in China/India. Ability to

validate product demand using TikTok Creative Center, Meta Ad Library, Google Trends, etc.
