Job Description

Astha Interiors and Infrastructure is seeking an experienced and skilled Procurement Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring interior materials, managing vendor relationships, ensuring timely delivery to project sites, and maintaining accurate purchase records to support smooth execution of industrial and commercial interior projects

Key Responsibilities

Source, negotiate, and finalize purchase of

interior materials

such as plywood, laminates, veneers, hardware, lighting, electrical items, plumbing materials, paints, tiles, and sanitaryware. Maintain and update

vendor database

- carpentry, electrical, civil, and modular suppliers. Compare

quotations

, prepare

purchase orders (POs)

, and ensure cost-effective buying. Coordinate with

site engineers, project managers, and designers

to understand material requirements. Ensure

timely delivery

of materials to site and resolve supply issues quickly. Track

inventory levels

, avoid stockouts, and maintain material inward/outward records. Maintain

budget control

and reduce procurement costs where possible. Build strong relationships with

vendors and contractors

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of

interior materials & vendors

. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Ability to compare prices and ensure cost-efficient purchasing. Proficiency in

MS Excel, PO software (if any), and documentation

. Ability to handle multiple sites and work under deadlines.

Qualifications

Graduate (Preferred: Commerce / Management) 3-7 years of experience in

interior fit-out purchasing.

Vendor network in local market is an advantage.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
