About the Role



We are looking for a results-driven

Procurement Manager

with 3-5 years of experience in procurement, vendor management, and supply chain operations within the construction industry. The ideal candidate will manage supplier networks, optimize procurement processes, and ensure cost-effective sourcing of aggregates, raw materials, and other construction inputs.

Key Responsibilities



Develop, manage, and optimize the supplier and aggregates network for construction projects. Handle end-to-end procurement processes including vendor identification, negotiation, contracting, and performance evaluation. Collaborate with project and operations teams to forecast material demand and align procurement accordingly. Monitor inventory levels, logistics, and supply chain efficiency to reduce delays and costs. Build strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance. Analyze market trends and pricing fluctuations for construction materials and aggregates to support strategic sourcing decisions. Prepare reports, dashboards, and cost analyses for senior management. Identify risks in procurement and supply chain operations and recommend mitigation strategies.

Requirements



3-5 years of proven experience in

procurement, supply chain, or vendor management

within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of

aggregates sourcing, construction materials, and vendor networks

. Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and supply chain management tools. Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor relationship management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented approach. Ability to work cross-functionally with project managers, site engineers, and finance teams. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Vivek Vihar, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

25% (Required)
