Job Overview:

Valeur Fabtex Private Limited is looking for an experienced and driven

Procurement Manager

with specific knowledge of the

Skill Development and Education industry

. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end procurement processes for projects, ensure quality vendor sourcing, timely delivery, and adherence to compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage procurement of goods and services related to education, ATL/STEM labs, skill development kits, IT infrastructure, classroom setups, etc. Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors as per project requirements across PAN India Ensure competitive pricing, quality assurance, and timely delivery Prepare RFQs, RFPs, comparison sheets, and purchase orders Coordinate with project, logistics, and finance teams to track procurement status and manage budgets Monitor vendor performance and compliance with service level agreements Maintain updated records of purchases, inventory, and delivery timelines Support audits and ensure documentation of all procurement processes

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred) 4-7 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the

education or skill development sector

Strong understanding of vendor management, supply chain logistics, and education-related procurement (labs, learning kits, digital equipment, etc.) Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and procurement/ERP tools Excellent negotiation, communication, and documentation skills Ability to handle multi-vendor and multi-state procurement operations
