We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Procurement Assistant

to support our purchasing operations for interior design and fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing materials, coordinating with suppliers, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of goods to meet project schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing and procuring materials such as furniture, fixtures, finishes, lighting, flooring, and construction supplies. Obtain quotations, compare prices, and prepare cost comparisons for vendor selection. Issue Purchase Orders (POs) based on approved requisitions and track their fulfilment. Maintain and update procurement databases and records, including supplier information and pricing. Coordinate with the design and project teams to understand material requirements and delivery timelines. Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance. Handle documentation such as delivery notes, invoices, and payment follow-ups. Support in maintaining optimal inventory levels and tracking stock usage across sites. Liaise with logistics and warehouse staff for smooth receipt and dispatch of materials. Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities and building strong vendor relationships.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. 2-5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain, preferably in an interior design, construction, or fit-out company. Strong knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management. Familiarity with interior materials and products is a plus. Good communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Pay: ?22,459.66 - ?25,000.00 per month
