Job Role & Responsibilities

Vendor Management

Identify, evaluate, and

empanel vendors & subcontractors

for carpentry, electrical, HVAC, civil works, flooring, etc. Build and maintain a

vendor database

for ongoing and future projects. Maintain strong vendor relationships and resolve disputes.

Procurement & Negotiation

Float inquiries, compare quotations, and

negotiate best prices

without compromising quality. Issue

purchase orders (POs)

as per project requirements. Ensure cost savings and align purchases with project budgets.

Material Planning & Inventory

Track material requirements from project BOQs. Coordinate timely deliveries to site to

avoid project delays

. Monitor stock usage and prevent wastage.

Compliance & Documentation

Ensure vendor compliance with

GST, invoices, quality standards

. Maintain proper records of purchases, payments, and contracts. Support audits and client documentation needs.
Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in

Commerce / Business / Civil / Interior background

.

4-7 years' experience

in procurement, preferably in

Commercial Interiors / Construction / Fit-outs

. Strong

negotiation and vendor management

skills. Knowledge of

material specifications (plywood, laminates, gypsum, paints, etc.)

. Proficiency in

MS Excel, Tally, ERP/Procurement software

.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
