Job Title: Purchase Head / Procurement Manager

Location: Ambala

About Role:

The Purchase Head is responsible for buying the materials and parts needed for production. This person must know how to find reliable suppliers, negotiate prices, and ensure that the right materials are available at the right time. Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Expert in new supplier assessment and approval. Coordinate in supplier audits and assessment, check supplier capacity and capability Monitor supplier rating and report to management in MIS meeting. Buy materials and parts for production based on what is needed. Negotiate with suppliers to get the best prices and quality. Maintain good relationships with suppliers and ensure on-time delivery. Monitor material costs and find ways to reduce expenses. Keep track of purchase orders and ensure materials are received on time. Work with the store and production teams to ensure materials are available.
Key Qualifications:

Graduate preferably in commerce, Supply Chain, Business, or similar field. 9-12 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, especially in manufacturing or automotive. Strong skills in negotiation and supplier management. Experience with procurement software and ERP systems.

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
