Procurement & Logistics Officer



Location:

Mahanagar Extension, Lucknow



Salary:

?15,000 - ?20,000 per month



Experience:



1-3 years in procurement, logistics, or inventory management (experience in solar/electrical field preferred).

Qualification:



Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / BBA / Diploma in Supply Chain / Equivalent preferred).

Major Roles & Responsibilities:



Handle purchase and procurement of materials, tools, and equipment as per project requirements. Identify reliable vendors and negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules. Maintain records of inward and outward material movement. Coordinate with project and warehouse teams for timely dispatch and delivery. Ensure proper documentation, GRN (Goods Receipt Note), and stock management. Track logistics and ensure material reaches project sites on time. Monitor and optimize inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking. Prepare purchase orders and maintain vendor database.

Skills Required:



Strong negotiation and coordination skills. Basic knowledge of solar materials and electrical components (preferred). Good in MS Excel, documentation, and follow-ups. Attention to detail and multitasking ability.

Working Hours:



10:00 AM - 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday) Week Off: Sunday

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
