Job Description

To support our rapid growth and expanding operations, we are looking for a

dynamic and skilled Procurement Lead who can drive cost-effective sourcing,

vendor management, and timely availability of quality materials. This role is

critical in ensuring uninterrupted production, optimizing

Qualification ? Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management / Mechanical /

Production / Business Administration (or related field).

? 5-7 years of procurement experience, with at least 2-3 years in a

supervisory/team lead role.

? Experience in consumer durables / kitchen appliances / manufacturing

preferred.

? Strong negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills.

? Knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management, and

ERP systems.

? Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities Procurement & Sourcing

Execute procurement activities in line with company policies and
production needs.

Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for raw materials,
bought-out parts, and consumables.

Ensure timely availability of materials to avoid production delays.
Vendor Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers. Evaluate supplier performance based on cost, quality, delivery, and
service.

Identify and develop new suppliers to ensure competitiveness and
reliability.

Cost & Inventory Control

Negotiate effectively to achieve cost savings without compromising
quality.

Monitor and control procurement budgets. Collaborate with stores and production to optimize inventory levels.
Compliance & Documentation

Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and
statutory requirements.

Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, contracts, and
agreements.

Support audits with necessary procurement documentation.
Cross-functional Coordination

Work closely with Production, Quality, and Stores to align material
requirements.

Support New Product Development (NPD) projects by sourcing new
components and materials.

Coordinate with Finance for timely vendor payments and reconciliation.
