Supplier Management

: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

Strategic Sourcing

: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, conduct market research, and optimize procurement processes to reduce costs and improve quality.

Budget Management

: Collaborate with project teams to forecast procurement needs and manage budgets effectively, ensuring adherence to financial targets.

Contract Management

: Draft, review, and negotiate supplier contracts, safeguarding the company's interests and ensuring compliance with legal standards.

Risk Management

: Assess and mitigate risks associated with procurement activities, ensuring business continuity and minimal disruptions.

Vendor Performance Evaluation

: Develop and implement a framework for evaluating supplier performance, and initiate corrective actions when necessary.

Software Proficiency

: AutoCAD

Key Requirements

Experience

: 9-12 years of experience in procurement within the real estate, construction, or architecture industry.

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
