About BluPrnt:

BluPrnt Workspaces Pvt Ltd is a collaborative workspace and shared-services platform built for architecture, design, and construction firms. BluPrnt enables design-led firms to scale faster by centralizing procurement, cost intelligence, and curated vendor ecosystems, allowing architects to focus on design and client value.

Role Purpose:

Build and lead BluPrnt's centralized procurement function across projects and member firms.

Key Responsibilities:

Define procurement strategy and operating model

Build preferred vendor panels and rate cards

Lead negotiations and commercial closures

Oversee RFQs, POs, and delivery tracking

Drive procurement-led revenue opportunities

Skills & Experience:

Core Experience

10-15 years of hands-on procurement experience

within: Large architecture & interior design firms

OR

Tier-1 / Tier-2 real estate developers, builders, or Architectural firms in Bengaluru Proven experience handling

multi-project procurement

across residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments Prior exposure to

centralized procurement models

serving multiple project teams or studios is strongly preferred

Procurement & Commercial Expertise

Deep working knowledge of: Civil, finishing, MEP, lighting, furniture, and interior material categories Specifications, drawings, BOQs, and tender documents Strong capability in: Vendor shortlisting and onboarding RFQ / RFP management and comparative analysis Price negotiations and commercial finalization Demonstrated ability to: Build and maintain

rate contracts and preferred vendor panels

Achieve

cost optimization without compromising design

intent

Stakeholder Management

Experience working closely with: Design principals and senior architects Project managers and site teams Finance and accounts teams Ability to

translate design intent into commercially viable procurement decisions

Comfortable pushing back constructively on unrealistic timelines, specs, or budgets

Process & Systems Orientation

Experience setting up or improving: Procurement workflows Approval matrices Documentation and audit trails Strong command over: Excel-based cost models and trackers Procurement MIS and reporting Exposure to ERP / procurement software is a plus (but not mandatory)
