Core responsibilities

Data and reporting: Assist in analyzing spending data, creating reports, and tracking key procurement metrics.
Documentation and record-keeping: Help organize and file procurement documents, update procurement plans, and maintain records.
Procurement process support: Assist with tasks like preparing bid and solicitation documents, evaluating bids, and coordinating with other departments.
Key skills and knowledge Strong organizational and
communication skills. Ability to work with and learn new software and procurement technologies.
Familiarity with data analysis is helpful. Ability to follow procedures and ensure compliance.
