Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals. Identify, evaluate, and manage a network of reliable vendors and suppliers for all materials related to interior design (wood, veneer, laminate, hardware, electricals, lighting, soft furnishings, etc.). Negotiate best prices, payment terms, and delivery timelines without compromising quality. Plan and manage the procurement budget and achieve cost savings without affecting quality or timelines. Coordinate with the design, project execution, and factory teams to forecast demand and ensure timely delivery of materials. Review and approve purchase orders, contracts, and vendor agreements. Track procurement KPIs (cost, quality, delivery, compliance) and present reports to senior management. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, pricing, and new materials/products in the interior design industry. Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations related to procurement and supply chain. Lead and mentor the procurement team.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. In-depth knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques. Experience in interior design or construction procurement. Budgeting and cost control expertise. Strong analytical and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, or procurement software Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per month
