Job Description

Ensuring the final documents are handed over / warranty - guarantee is provided after sales and inspection / checking of equipment's is being provided as per agreed conditions Handling and giving training to stake holders to maintain the facility and ensuring regular preventive maintenance is all done as per schedule / which includes DG set, STP, WTP, RO, kitchen equipment, fire extinguishers, class room equipment, solar panels, Cylinders, storage of diesels etc. Maintaining and upkeep of all kinds of records pertaining to the project which includes all drawings/ GFC / AS built / statutory approval drawings / agreement etc. in addition to electricity bill, water consumption, snag list closure before the project being handed over to operation. Qualification: Engineering with Civil / Mechanical or relevant field

Should have 12 + years of experience in Procurement in any construction company or relevant field.

Having a track of all approvals / pending approvals / comparative sheet / contact details of all vendors, partners, any important papers, follow up mails, tracking of the same until closure and handing over. Coordinate with the senior leadership team and the end user in the campus / facility and leadership for betterment of services for the facility at any given point of time. Having hands on experience on stores for the facility upliftment shall be added advantage. Effective communication is a key requirement of the role without any ambiguity. Managing multiple projects within or outside campus and have a scientific way and effective way of addressing the concerns of the project on war footing basis in discussion with CIDO and architect / consultant with a proper escalation matrix to address any kind of problem and reporting the same to CIDO on weekly basis. Internal Interface - University Leadership and Direct and Indirect Reporting Employees External Interface - Vendors, Contractors & other External Stakeholders.
