The world is how we shape it.Strategic Procurement LeadershipDevelop and implement procurement strategies for both IT and non-IT goods and services. Lead sourcing for categories like office supplies, facilities management, travel, transport, Employee Insurance, Events, HR services, Purchasing for corporate functions etc. Lead cost optimization initiatives across categories.Vendor Management & GovernanceDevelop vendor evaluation models and performance metrics. Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships. Ensure compliance with internal controls / company policies and legal/regulatory requirements.Team Management & Stakeholder CollaborationLead and mentor a high-performing multi-locational procurement team. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Finance, Legal, IT, Admin, etc.) for seamless execution.Process Optimization & AnalyticsImplement best-in-class procurement tools, systems and dashboards. Monitor procurement KPIs, and reporting dashboards for Senior Management stakeholders.Total Experience Expected: 15-20 yearsQualificationsMBA with engineering background. 15+ years of throughout experience in procurement.
