Role Overview:
We are seeking a senior

General Manager - Procurement

to lead end-to-end procurement strategy, vendor development, cost optimization, and sourcing operations across the organization. The role demands strong leadership, negotiation expertise, and strategic planning capability.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead overall procurement strategy and operations Develop and manage key vendors, OEMs, and suppliers Drive cost reduction, rate negotiation, and contract finalization Ensure timely material planning and procurement execution Oversee procurement compliance, audits, and approvals Coordinate with supply chain, finance, and project teams Monitor vendor performance and process improvements Prepare MIS reports and present procurement performance to leadership Build and mentor high-performing procurement teams
Key Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree (B.Tech / MBA preferred) 10+ years of experience in procurement leadership roles Strong knowledge of sourcing, NVD, vendor management, and negotiation Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills Stable career background preferred
