Familiarity with tools and software used in procurement and tendering processes
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement processes, with at least
5 years of hands-on experience working on GeM (Government e-Marketplace)
and
eProcurement 2.0 platforms
. The candidate should possess excellent command over MS Excel and other tools used in procurement operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage procurement operations on
GeM
and
eProcurement 2.0
portals.
End-to-end handling of tendering processes, bid preparation, vendor coordination, and contract management.
Prepare, review, and analyze purchase orders and contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Maintain procurement records and generate reports using MS Excel and other relevant tools.
Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure timely procurement of goods/services.
Monitor market trends, pricing strategies, and supplier performance.
Ensure adherence to government procurement guidelines and company policies.
Continuously evaluate and improve procurement strategies and workflows.
