Job Description

Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or relevant bachelor degree. Good Knowledge in SAP MM & PP / Strong in MS office

Need candidate from Equipment Manufacturing / engineering products like pumps, turbines, Valves, separators, etc., (Preferred Pump Industry), EPC Sector (Not from Automobile Industry)

Source and procure pump components such as castings, impellers, shafts, seals, motors, and fasteners.

Should have 4+ years of experience in procurement.

Evaluate and onboard suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery capabilities. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors. Coordinate with design, production, and quality teams to ensure material specifications are met. Monitor inventory levels and initiate purchase orders to avoid stockouts or overstocking. Track and expedite deliveries to meet production schedules. Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation. Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities. Ensure compliance with industry standards and company procurement policies. Verifications and processing of all supplier bills on time, escalate if any delay. Familiarity with ISO standards and vendor audits. Understanding of technical drawings and specifications. Experience in handling imports and logistics Technical understanding of engineering components. Proficiency in ERP/procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle). Analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple suppliers and priorities

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
