Procurement Manager - FMCG Manufacturing Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Manager to manage end-to-end purchasing operations for our FMCG production facility. The role involves vendor management, cost control, demand planning, and ensuring uninterrupted supply for production. Key Responsibilities o Procurement of raw materials, packaging materials and consumables o Vendor identification, onboarding and negotiation o Cost optimization and rate benchmarking o Inventory planning in coordination with production planning o Creation and tracking of POs and GRNs o Alternate supplier development to minimize risk o Material availability planning to avoid production downtime o Monitoring price trends and consumption patterns o Vendor performance evaluation and compliance checks Required Skills & Competencies o Vendor management & negotiation o Strong knowledge of FMCG procurement process o Experience with ERP / Inventory systems o Demand planning & inventory control o GST, billing and documentation understanding o Analytical and problem-solving skills o Strong communication & coordination abilities Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years Education: Bachelor's degree preferred Location: Tatmil Churaha, near Krishna hospital, kanpur
