Source, evaluate, and finalize vendors/suppliers for materials, services, and subcontractors.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to achieve savings without compromising quality.
Ensure timely procurement to meet project schedules and avoid delays.
Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, trends, and alternatives.
Build and maintain strong vendor relationships; develop a reliable supplier network.
Monitor inventory levels; coordinate with project/site teams for material requirements.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical practices.
Analyze spend/data, prepare reports, and provide insights for cost optimization.
Collaborate with design, projects, and finance to streamline procurement processes.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Excellent knowledge of procurement processes, sourcing, and contracts.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and procurement software.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
3-4 years' experience in procurement, preferably in interior fit-out / construction / turnkey projects.
Proven track record of handling end-to-end procurement.
