Procurement Executive - FMCG Manufacturing

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement to manage end-to-end purchasing operations for our FMCG production facility. The role involves vendor management, cost control, demand planning, and ensuring uninterrupted supply for production.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement of raw materials, packaging materials and consumables Vendor identification, onboarding and negotiation Cost optimization and rate benchmarking Inventory planning in coordination with production planning Creation and tracking of POs and GRNs Alternate supplier development to minimize risk Material availability planning to avoid production downtime Monitoring price trends and consumption patterns Vendor performance evaluation and compliance checks
Required Skills & Competencies

Vendor management & negotiation Strong knowledge of FMCG procurement process Experience with ERP / Inventory systems Demand planning & inventory control GST, billing and documentation understanding Analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication & coordination abilities
Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years

Education: Bachelor's degree preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
