What You'll Do:-

Send out RFQs and follow up with vendors for completion. Prepare comparison sheets based on the proposals received from vendors. Efficiently track the delivery of goods and services and assist finance in booking them in their ledgers. Perform procurement reporting and analysis of management information to identify potential improvement opportunities. Onboard and manage vendors for training needs. Work closely with collaborators to ensure clarity of specifications and expectations. Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements. Control spending and build a culture of long-term savings on procurement costs. Serve as an interface between vendors and the business to effectively cater to business needs. Coordinate closely with Business, Finance, and vendors to track, expedite, and update the status of deliveries.

What We're Looking For:-Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in any stream. 3+ years of procurement experience. Additional certification/degree in supply chain preferred. Experience working in large enterprise environments preferred. Experience in MIS. Proficiency in rolling out RFP/RFQ and analyzing responses. Strong presentation and Excel skills. Understanding of commercial terms and taxes. Experience with non-IT procurements, including admin and HR purchases, preferred. Experience with Power BI is desirable. Strong negotiation skills. Skill in coordinating collaborators across cross-functional teams like IT, Finance, HR, and Business functions. Dedication to fair vendor dealings and avoiding conflicts of interest. Customer service orientation with strong verbal communication skills. Capability to operate autonomously and collaborate within a team setting. Ability to engage with collaborators at all levels.
