Qualification & Responsibilities

B.E/B.Tech

The prime responsibility will be to get products manufactured as per the quality norms within the stipulated time frame. Supporting current production schedule, developing new suppliers to reduce cost, increase capacity, and auditing suppliers to ensure process conformance. Assists in the development, and maintenance of material specifications, supplier documents such as Quality Control Plans. In depth checking of parts, sub-assemblies and complete assembly and prepare detail reports. Review and assess supplier manufacturing processes and quality systems Track supplier yield, field defect rate, corrective & preventative action and closure
